Then watch this: the 40-posture taiji form. (This is the official PRC gov’t-sanctioned taiji competition form — it’s mislabeled on YouTube.)

And then this: the 108-posture “long” taiji form.

And then this: the 118-posture “really long” taiji form.

There. I feel better already.

Then, you know, you can dig some bagua practice for afters. That’s the martial art based on the eight trigrams (ba gua) that make up 64 hexagrams of the I Ching. But you faithful readers knew that already, didn’t you.
