Heroes?

Anybody else been following that Heroes show on NBC? I've been watching the episodes online and I'm mulling over the whole, "I just got off the phone with your biological parents" thing.

Because, of course, orphans are always superheroes. We've established that. With mighty powers. And specialness.

Hmmmm.

I love that show, but hate the dad, is he a wacko adoptive dad? Is he the bad dad who will turn good or the weird guy who is the real bad guy? I hate that she is adopted with this strange dad drama.

I am watching. I am not sure what I think yet but I can't quit watching. I have to see what happens next.

I am watching too.

I want to know who is taking the brains.

And yes I want to know who the adoptive dad is. Bad? Good? Jerk?

I love Hiro. And now that we now Pixie Chick (cannot remember her name) is a plant...

I also read recaps at http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com

I'm also intrigued by the representation of the interracial family. With the psycho-murderin' supermom. And the kid, who (if he isn't orphaned by the end of the show) seems built up to be pretty darned super-SOMETHING for, like, a non-orphan, what with both parents being special and all.
